Pineapple juices contain pulp and juice from pineapples (Ananas Macrodontes). Some pineapple juices are made from specific varieties, like Comosus, Gold, Queen Tahiti Victoria. EU legislation requires a minimum of 99% pineapple fraction.

The category has been subdivided in Squeezed pineapple juices, for juices that come straight from the pineapple, and Pineapple juices from concentrate for juice that has been first dehydrated and later hydrated.
