Definition

Apricot nectars consist of the juice and puree from Apricots (Prunus armeniaca). Apricot nectars consist of 40-60% fruit diluted with water and added sugars. Apricot nectars might add preservatives, like ascorbic acid, citric acid or lemon juice.
