Talk:Contributor
My inspirations (most inspiring at the top)
- every subject where one contribute: geting started, contribute map data, develop software, report issues, maintain this wiki, support, join and organise (your local user group, your local chapter, events, conference, join the OpenStreetMap Foundation), translate, promote OpenStreetMap, donate
- nice icons, but page not so well-designed
- my favorite inspiration for Open Food Facts
- https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/How_to_contribute
- very simple and nice page
- big icons and short texts
- https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:How_to_help
- short and synthetic page
- interesting "what would you like to do?" approach but only focused on wikipedia contents: the page could renamed "How to help Wikipedia encyclopedia?"
- very long page but plenty of links to very concrete actions (see Help out section): Fix spelling and grammar, Fix wikilinks, Update with new information, etc.
