Quality Monitoring

Generic errors

Superfluous categories

Only the categories that belong to the parents should be present as category. Checking the categories list might help finding wrong one.

Categorisation errors

  • Oneside opposites(these are categories which are incompatible and which are often due to adding an ingredient as a category):

Sales format

Pecan nuts are sold by:

  • package - pre-packed in the nuts aisles;
  • weight - in the bulk aisles;

Issues

Quite a lot of products have issues with nutritional values. It seems due to a difference in weight used, either with or without shells.

A few other subcategories could be defined, but have few products at the moment:

  • Hacked pistachios for pistachios that have been hacked into small pieces;
  • Pistachio butters(100%) for pistachions that have been ground without added ingredients like sugar or oil;
  • Pistachio flours for finely ground pistachios
  • Dry roasted pistachios for roasted pistachios without oil.
