Quality Monitoring
Generic errors
Superfluous categories
Only the categories that belong to the parents should be present as category. Checking the categories list might help finding wrong one.
Categorisation errors
- Single ingredient check:
- Plain pecan nuts should only contain the ingredient Pecan nut;
- Opposites:
- Plain pecan nuts and Pecan nuts(salted), Pecan nuts(roasted) should not be assigned simultaneously;
- Oneside opposites(these are categories which are incompatible and which are often due to adding an ingredient as a category):
- Mixed nuts - to detect adding all the different nuts in mixed nuts;
- Chocolate covered pecan-nuts - to detect chocolate covered nuts;
- Caramelized pecan-nuts - to detect caramelized nuts;

Issues
A few other subcategories could be defined, but have few products at the moment:
- Dry roasted pecan nuts for pecan nuts that are roasted without oil;
- Flavoured pecan nuts for pecan nuts that have additional speces added;
