Definition
Grape juices consist of the juice extracted from grapes (Vitis). Sometimes the grape variety used for creating the juice is specified.
The grape juices can be split into white grape juices or red grape juices. Grape juices are 100% juice or made from grape juice concentrate.

Required ingredients
- grape juice or concentrated grape juice;
- water (otherwise it is not a beverage);
Optional ingredients
- vitamin C (ascorbic acid (E300)) - also as preservative;
- citric acid (E330);
Recipes
- The base recipe is apricot+water+add-sugar (87%);
- The base with added ascorbic acid (56%);
- The base with added citric acid or lemon juice (20%);

Apricot juices have few labels, the most popular are:
