The following conclusions can be drawn:

  • Some 45.000 products are reported to be sold in Australia;
  • Only 21% of the products have a Nutriscore;
  • Extracting data from selected nutritional values images might add another 2.3%;
  • Assigning a category might add another 55.2% !!!
  • Only 16% of the products have a NOVA rating;
  • By adding the ingredients from selected images, 5.7% can be added;
  • Data quality is at 92%, which is very large;
  • Completed percentage of 2023 top products is very small, but can to be increased to 50% by extracting the data from the images;
