Pineapple nectars contain pulp and juice from pineapples (Ananas Macrodontes). EU legislation requires a minimum of 50% pineapple fraction.

The category has been subdivided in Squeezed pineapple nectars, for nectars that come straight from the pineapple, and Pineapple nectars from concentrate for juice that has been first dehydrated and later hydrated.
