Definition
Apricot nectars consist of the juice and puree from Apricots (Prunus armeniaca). An apricot nectars consist of 40-60% fruit diluted with water, either pressed or from concentrate. Most apple nectars have added sugars.

- water (otherwise it is not a beverage);
Optional ingredients
- apricot puree (needs taxonomy update for link)
- added sugar;
- vitamin C (ascorbic acid (E300)) - also as preservative;
- citric acid (E330);
