Local OFF contributor missions
If you like to help to improve the products listed for Belgium, there are a few things you can do:
- Add more products sold in Belgium that are not yet listed. More products is always better;
- Add (latest) images so the data can be checked. Product might have changed or can not be checked againts recent images;
- Data quality - improve the quality of the products that OFF has already listed. Go through this list and repair where possible or report any issues with the Folksonomy;
- Data completeness - extract as much information as possible from products that do have images, which are not used yet. The highest priority are the top products, i.e. those that have been requested most:
- Ingredients - these products have ingredient images selected, but the data has not yet been extracted (top 1000).
- Nutritional values - these products have nutritional table images selected, but the data has not yet been extracted (top 1000);
- Categories - these products have front images selected, but the category is not yet specified (top 1000);

Open Prices - Access to Information requests (GDPR requests)
As part of Project:Open-Prices, we need price points for products, loads of them.
If you have a fidelity card, you can ask your data, using the GDPR (if you're in a EU country, or using other laws if you're elsewhere). https://wiki.openfoodfacts.org/GDPR_request#Belgium

Follow Open Food Facts on social media
- Open Food Facts has created presence on social media over the years in many languages. We now have the capacity to produce content in English and French, but we have a harder time translating and posting to all accounts. You can help by joining the marketing channel on Slack, and proposing to help for your language/country. Please get in touch with the permanent team before anything.
