Food bank
Food banks are usually operated by charity.
They handover food to those in need.
They get a wide ranging set of different products.
Were we can help
We can help with the logistic headache that is to find a product for people with allergies and intolerances.
So far only the obvious "free from" is set asside.
We could help sort better the product that are not obviously matching thoe criteria.
Lesser important way we can help
It is often difficult to get similar foodbox at scale from a wide range of different product.
- It could be possible to create better food box, with the data from open food fact.
- Once the stock is better understood, an app could display what is in dire need at the local food bank (eg. not beans)
