As can be seen in the graph, there are a lot of products with a salt level over 200 mg/100 ml. Unfortunately many of these are products that indicate an upper limit, like < 1 g. This is not very informative. The producer probably did not bother to do a real measurement. The same goes for the value of zero, which is also very frequent.
