So what to do with this data? The idea is to extend the ecoscore to other countries. A consistent approach should allow comparison between countries and favorise local production and consumption.
* France and Italy have the largest size. In order to cover the entire population a large distance is required;

The sizes are however not very large compared to the 1500 km, so the country correction will be limited. All depends however how the correction ia applied on a European scale, which requires elucidation by Ecoscore.

Say we use a bonus system (similar as Ecoscore), which preferred locally produced products, then small territory sizes will get a bonus of 15 points. For France, it will be a bonus of 10 points.
