The NNLS forced algorithm gives the best fit (also in weighted variant). The ingredients needed to fit the carbohydrates and sugar are cranberries and sugar. The NNLS unconstrained shows that the nutritional values can be fitted with just one ingredient (sugar). The constrained NNLS solution forces cranberries to be present, but then less sugar is needed. Adding cranberries increases the error as the amount of carbohydrates and sugar in cranberries is not the same.
The Simple Inverse Power and Simplified Product Opener give variances well above 1.
The ingredient fraction allows to change the cranberry fraction to 6%, which decreases the variance to 0.03 (Diff Ev.), an increase of 10% reduces the variance to 0.08. There is no improvement when changing the fractions for constrained NNLS. With more finely changing the fractions (0.1% instead of 1%), the different algorithms will probably converge. (why are they not the same already?)
Adapting the fractions can also give an idea how accurate the determined ingredient fractions are. If we use an acceptable variance limit of 1. The acceptable ranges are:

The variances show again the nutritional values are mainly determined by the amount of sugar. The amount of cranberries can vary a lot while still giving acceptable answers.
Conclusion
The main ingredient of this product is sugar around 8.8g/100g. The different algorithms have roughly the same result. It is unclear why there remain small differences between the results of the various algorithms. One would expect that the different algorithms find exactly the same solutions. The nutritional values do not allow to determine the amount of cranberries. The raw cranberries of Ciqual have more carbohydrates than sugar. In this product the same amount of carbohydrates is the same as the amount of sugar. Probably the Ciqual raw cranberries are different than the cranberry juice used in this product. Maybe they removed the extra carbohydrates somehow.
Equal amounts of carbohydrates and sugar implies that it is impossible to distinguish between the cranberries and sugar in this product. Only the ingredient order in the recipe will indicate how much cranberries are actually used. The algorithms indicate that this would be around 8.9 g/100g of Ciqual raw cranberries.
