Natural language is growing as a way to interact with services and databases. It is used in chatbots, ChatGPT, Gemini, Ok Google, Alexa Skills, Siri, Facebook Botsā¦
We need to prepare Open Food Facts for this wave, by:
- listing all the questions we answer, and integrating with those platforms (mobile app)
- Making as much of our internal knowledge accessible so that those AIs can help contributors with Open Food Facts related topics
- Integrate Natural language interaction in places like our internal search engine
